GreenShield Administration is more than a drug plan administrator—it is a healthcare plan administrator. Operating from offices in Ontario and Quebec, GreenShield Administration provides customized technology solutions that simplify the administration of prescription drug, dental, and extended healthcare benefit plans for insurers, third-party payers, and government organizations across Canada.
GreenShield Administration is distinguished by its proven technology, transparent branding solutions, innovative claims management and administrative capabilities, collaborative healthcare provider management, and extensive industry expertise. We understand that every client is unique and requires a business solution tailored to their specific needs.
The successful candidate will report to the Director, National Account Management, GreenShield Administration.
This is a critical relationship-management role focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships while leveraging GreenShield Administration’s claims adjudication capabilities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or leadership roles working with third-party payers, third-party administrators, and/or market intermediaries within health insurance or a related industry.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
