Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and confident Smart Serve Certified Female Bouncer to join our security team for weekend shifts at venues in Downtown Toronto. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Monitor entrances and exits and verify guest identification when required.
- Maintain order and provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle disturbances professionally and assist with the safe removal of disruptive individuals when necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue and identify potential safety or security concerns.
- Respond promptly and calmly to incidents or emergencies.
- Work closely with venue management, staff, and emergency services when required.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all venue policies and security procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (Required)
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate (Required)
- 1–3+ years of experience in nightclub, bar, venue, event security, or hospitality security preferred.
- Comfortable working in high-volume nightlife environments.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict de-escalation skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to stand for extended periods.
- First Aid & CPR certification is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
