Go Beyond Collection Agency is looking for an experienced collection agent who is detail-oriented, energetic and extremely self-motivated to join our team.
You will be responsible for maximizing recoveries on a large number of delinquent debts. The successful candidate will possess the following basic abilities:
-A minimum of 5 years collection agent experience
-Ability to exceed a minimum monthly target of $10,000.00
-Ability to work independently
-Clear and effective communication skills
-Determined personality that does not shy away from confrontation
-Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to deal with very high volume of accounts
-Excellent attendance record and dedication
-Attention to detail and meticulous character
-A strong drive to succeed
-Self-motivated/excellent work ethic
-Strong computer skills
-Ability to converse with customers on a variety of different topics
-Must supply own computer and headphones with microphone while working remotely.
-Must have a reliable high-speed secured internet connection
-Must be bondable
-Fluent in French an asset
This is a permanent, full-time position, after a 90 day probationary period. Starting as soon as possible. Starting wage is $19.35/hr.
