Sombra is looking for an experienced and passionate Service Bartender to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to preparing exceptional cocktails for our dining room while working closely with our servers to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For
- Some bartending/restaurant experience (high-volume experience preferred)
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or consistency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails for the dining room with speed, consistency, and presentation in mind
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service bar
- Follow all house recipes and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff during service
- Complete opening, closing, and bar prep duties
- Uphold Smart Serve and food safety standards
