Job Description
Fort McMurray 468 First Nation is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. CSR understands his/her role as a FMFN Group Petro Canada ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. This individual will also ensure that services are provided in a proper and safe manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Scan items, operate cash register, and process transactions; authorize gas purchases
- Maintain the customer service and checkout area for prompt and accurate processing of orders
- Stock merchandise; maintain facility cleanliness
- Balance daily transactions
Working Conditions:
- 7 days on, 7 days off; one week, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm, and the second week form 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Wednesday to Tuesday rotation.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Training will be provided
