Veterinary Hospital In Vaughan looking for a full time permanent veterinary assistant/receptionist to join our growing small animal practice in a quiet neighborhood in Vaughan. Our practice is client-focused and we strive to provide both compassion and excellence in our care for clients and patients. We are looking for someone who is energetic, cheerful and has excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and the love to work with both animals and the general public. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
greeting clients and pets, communicating with clients on the phone and in person, booking appointments, assisting veterinarians with holding animals, office duties such as filing, mailing,etc and cleaning.
Experience in similar field is an asset however enthusiastic individuals with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply. Approximately 32 to 40 hrs work per week. We have a very friendly supportive working environment.
