We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position. Beer Store Duties
Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Stock shelves, rotate inventory, organize stock and maintain store cleanliness
Verify age and ID for alcohol purchases
Hotel Front Desk Duties:
Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with reservations
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Experience
Experience working in a retail environment is beneficial
Must meet minimum legal age requirement for alcohol sales (19+)
Must meet BC requirements to sell controlled substances (SIR certified)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to different work environments
Basic computer skills (experience with booking and POS systems an asset)
Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
This position is vital for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
