We are hiring for a Industrial Worker Position. This is a contractor position that may lead to a permanent position in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Load and unload products, materials, equipment in a timely manner
- Work in fast paced environment and able to shift focus quickly, as well as remain on task
- Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy
- Organize and take inventory of warehouse items for load in or out
- Lot, tag, identify items, write accurate descriptions, and assess possible issues
- Ability to use technology to take clear and detailed pictures and enter data with time sensitive deadlines
- Picking of customer orders quickly and accurately
- General warehouse maintenance and upkeep
Qualifications -
- Able to stand/walk during regular 8 hours shift, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift more than 50-100 lbs continuously throughout the day
- Team player and strong ability to follow directions
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and conscientiously
- General computer skills
- Ability to operate skid steer, forklift and other machinery would be an asset
- Some Saturday shifts or flexibility with working hours during sale weeks is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
