We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating client records and maintaining filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Support other office functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and managing documentation accurately
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Prior experience in medical or dental office environments is desirable but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is advantageous
Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
