We're growing and are looking for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving technical problems, and creating long-term client partnerships.
This Is NOT an Order-Taking Sales Position
We're looking for someone who enjoys asking questions before proposing solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a consultant to clients by understanding their objectives, identifying challenges, and recommending the best products, materials, manufacturing methods, and installation solutions.
You'll work closely with our estimating, prepress, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is delivered successfully.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic follow-up
- Meet clients on-site to understand their requirements
- Conduct technical discussions regarding materials, fabrication methods, and installation options
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Coordinate with production and project management teams
- Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional service
- Become a trusted advisor clients rely on for future projects

Ideal Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable:
- Large format printing
- Commercial signage
- Architectural signage

- Industrial sales
Experience reading drawings, specifications, or construction documents is considered a strong asset.
