What are the duties to perform:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.

Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies before service.

Properly store, label, and rotate food items using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

Keep workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas clean and organized.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
