Northstar Auto Group is looking for a Customer Service Porter to join the Service department at our Quick Lane location in Fort McMurray!
The Customer Service Porter will be responsible for maintaining the Quick Lane Service parking lot while also ensuring the cleanliness and security of North Star Auto Group's Service department. This position will also assist in the Quick Lane Drive Thru to ensure the customer experience runs as smoothly as possible.
Still not sure what it is that a Porter does? To give you an idea, some of the responsibilities of this role will include: moving customer vehicles from the Service Drive Thru, stocking supplies in the Service area, boosting vehicles when required and ensuring there's a hot pot of coffee in the Service Lounge! The Customer Service Porter is a key player to ensure the customer experience at Northstar Ford is The Way The Experience Should Be!
Hours: 7 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF 7:00AM TO 7:00PM
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driver's Abstract required
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicle
