- Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday. Fridays may also be required. Day shift with no weekends

Designed with kids in mind, our clinic creates a fun, comforting experience that helps children feel excited about coming to the dentist. From a camper your child can explore and play in, to our cozy, quiet-time treehouse, every part of our space is built to make families feel relaxed, welcomed, and at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll do:
- Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
- Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
- Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
- Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
- Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
- Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in a dental clinic environment
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Curve is an asset
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
