Global Convention Services is seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to join our Halifax team as an Exhibitor Services Coordinator.
In this role, you'll support exhibitors before, during, and after trade shows, conferences, and special events. You'll help exhibitors place orders, coordinate event services, manage billing and documentation, and provide onsite support to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.

What You'll Do
Customer Service & Exhibitor Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors before, during, and after events
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and onsite
- Assist exhibitors with ordering event services, equipment, furniture, signage, and related products
- Provide solutions and support to ensure a positive exhibitor experience
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate exhibitor requirements with internal teams, venues, and service partners
- Prepare event documentation and ensure information is accurate and complete
- Support onsite event operations and assist with exhibitor needs throughout event production
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure products and services are delivered as expected
Online Ordering & Administrative Support
- Set up and maintain exhibitor ordering portals using ConventionSuite
- Assist exhibitors with online ordering and troubleshoot access or account issues
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and event-related documentation
Billing & Revenue Support
- Process exhibitor payments and invoices accurately
- Assist with account reconciliations and payment follow-up
- Identify opportunities for additional services and products that can enhance the exhibitor experience
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
