We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Business Development Centre (BDC) Representative to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Service BDC Representative plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and professional communication regarding their service needs. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up on maintenance reminders, and assisting with customer inquiries—all while providing a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails for service appointments and inquiries
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, recalls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups after service visits
- Support the Service Department with administrative tasks as required
- Promote recommended maintenance and service specials where appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a BDC, call centre, or automotive service environment preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service
