Structure: 12 month contract
Location: Toronto, 3x per week in office
Rates: Up to $54.00 p/h INC.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
1. 4+ years planning and executing integrated campaigns across mass advertising, digital, and targeted channels, including email and authenticated experiences (strategy, segmentation, performance analysis).
2. 3+ years of experience working with marketing planning, campaign development, personalization, customer segmentation, data driven marketing campaigns, audience strategy, testing, optimization, and performance measurement.
3. 2+ years of experience with translating marketing requirements into data/technical specifications.
4. 2+ years working with Agile methodology.
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a large, matrixed organization.
6. Experience applying marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve marketing strategy, insights, execution efficiency, and decision-making.
Nice to Have Skills
1. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies.
2.Comfort working with customer insights, market research, and performance analytics.
