Titan Microsystems continues to grow! As a successful IT Managed Service Provider, Titan Micro is seeking a career minded individual with 5 plus years experience to fill a position within the company as an Intermediate Computer Technician.
Required Skills
1) MANDATORY: Experience installing and servicing Windows server platforms. Practical experience managing AD is a bonus but the candidate must have first hand experience working with the OS itself.
2) Excellent communication skills
3) Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange (onsite and 365)
4) Solid knowledge of basic networking topology including switches and routers
5) The ability to troubleshoot computer issues over the phone and via remote assist
6) Basic hardware skills (can build and repair desktops)
7) Basic software skills (troubleshoot issues with Office, Adobe and other desktop software)
8) Skills with Apple products are a plus
The candidate will also need the following:
1) A current driver’s license and reliable car
2) To be able to pass a police background check
3) Be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement

Responsibilities and Duties
Candidate will directly report to the Field Services Manager and will be responsible for the daily operations of several clients across the Niagara region.
Qualifications and Skills
Practical experience will be absolutely required.
Candidate will be require to work independently from the very start of the position so a motivated self starter is required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
