Located in Scarborough, we are seeking professional leaders with a positive, can-do attitude to guide and supervise our move crews. Main job involves site inspections, estimating, planning and oversee the moving of our customers goods. This is a hands on position requiring you to be on site as part of the crew.
TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc., is a specialized mover providing white glove moving services. This includes rigging, lift and some installation services for computers, electronics, sensitive machines, HVAC, high end medical systems, fine arts and large sculptures. Requirements:
- Able to motivate and lead move crews.
- Comfortable working from heights as needed.
- Able to work some evenings and weekend hours.
- Knowledge of safe work practices.
- Experience in the moving industry.
- Experience as a foreman or supervisor leading crews.
- Experience with rigging and hoisting.
Other Points:
- Extra consideration if you have an AZ or Class 1 license.
- Travel opportunities are a part of this job.
- May fly to other locations to oversee specialized deliveries.
- Plenty of overtime opportunity.
Must Haves:
- Clean criminal background.
- Able to pass random drug and alcohol testing.
- Proven Industry experience in some form.
Compensation will depend on the successful applicants experience and added value to the company. There is an opportunity to advance from this position within the company.
