Overview
Holborn Holdings Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized and tech-savvy IT Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment and is eager to support both IT operations and general office functions across multiple locations.
The position of IT Administrator is under Administrative Department and will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be involved in a variety of technical, administrative, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
- Providing IT & AV technical support for different office locations in BC
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Maintain accurate IT/equipment inventory records and manage online accounts, renewals, and invoices
- Support internal end-users with daily IT-related inquiries by providing clear guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinating with external IT consultants and service providers as required
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems as required
- Perform system testing and evaluations to ensure performance and compatibility as required
- Assist with general office administration and operational tasks as needed
- Travel between office locations when necessary
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Administration, or AV Technician roles (asset); Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to delivering timely updates and status reporting on tasks and issues
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional work ethic and high level of integrity and professionalism
- With valid class 5 driver’s license

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
