RDI Roofing Ltd. is looking for an experienced shingle roofer to join our growing team.
If you're a hard worker who takes pride in laying straight lines, hitting production targets, and building quality roofs, we want to talk to you.

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous shingle roofing experience
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Comfortable working at heights
✔ Able to work in Manitoba summer conditions
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Valid driver's licence is an asset
✔ Fall Protection certification is an asset
Your Day-to-Day
- Install asphalt and architectural shingles
- Tear off and replace roofing systems
- Install underlayments, flashings, vents, and accessories
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Work as part of a professional crew
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that you're proud to put your name on
