Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC/Hydronics Technician with a strong background in hydronic’s to join our team. Will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling and hydronic systems for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, heating principles, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Opportunity for growth
Responsibilities:
- Install hydronic heating systems in residential and commercial buildings, including piping, radiators, underfloor heating elements, boilers, pumps, and control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and testing components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair problems with hydronic systems, including leaks, pump failures, valve malfunctions, and boiler issues.
- Upgrade existing systems by recommending and implementing improvements for increased energy efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, answering questions, explaining system operation, and offering recommendations for system optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum ONE year work experience in residential hydronics
- Minimum FIVE year work experience in HVAC
- G2 Gas License
- 313D License
- Coordination of project schedule on specific jobs
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Pay: $33.00-$42.00 per hour
