Rabba Fine Foods is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining marketing strategies across retail storefronts, digital channels, corporate communications, and localized community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
· Retail Marketing & Campaign Coordination: Coordinate marketing strategies across all retail locations. Oversee in-store signage, promotional campaigns, customer communications, and digital channels to effectively drive sales, traffic, and overall customer engagement.
· Program Management & Media Partnerships: Develop and manage marketing programs and retail media partnerships. This includes driving end-to-end campaign development, securing partnership opportunities, managing advertising programs, and executing impactful promotional activations.
· Digital & Brand Management: Manage and maintain the brand presence across all digital touchpoints, including social media platforms, corporate website, CRM systems, email marketing initiatives, SEO optimization, and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with external agencies for consistent messaging and adherence to corporate brand standards.
· Corporate Communications & Public Relations: Coordinate corporate communications, public relations, and media relations efforts.
· Community Engagement & Event Activation: Coordinate community engagement initiatives, charitable partnerships, sponsorships, and large-scale localized events.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
· College degree and/or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in retail marketing, digital media coordination, or agency management.
· Strong understanding of digital platforms including social media management, CRM tools, email marketing, and SEO.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
