Senior Warranty Technician

We are looking for a Senior Warranty Technician who knows how homes go together, can do hands-on repairs, coordinate trades, communicate clearly with homeowners, and own the outcome. This is a field-based role for someone practical, accountable, and confident enough to solve problems properly.
What you will do
· Conduct 2-month appointments and 11-month inspections
· Complete hands-on repairs including drywall, trim, caulking, paint, hardware, doors, deck and railing work
· Identify when an issue needs a trade and make sure it gets followed through properly
· Coordinate and oversee scheduled trade days
· Explain home operation, maintenance, and seasonal movement to homeowners clearly
· Document work orders, photos, notes, and homeowner sign-offs accurately
· Work within Alberta New Home Warranty guidelines
· Spot recurring warranty issues and flag them for the team
What we are looking for
· Experience in residential construction, warranty, service, renovations, or repair work
· Practical skill across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, paint, caulking, and general repairs
· Strong homeowner communication and customer service skills
· Good judgment, follow-through, and personal accountability
· Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
· Comfort using technology to document work and communication
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and your own hand tools

Compensation and benefits
