What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems
- Work on chillers, boilers, cooling towers, makeup air units, pumps, and fans,
- Partner with mechanics and apprentices on large-scale projects and repairs
- Complete service reports and work orders accurately
- Provide recommendations to improve system efficiency and customer comfort
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with clients
- Always prioritize safety and follow best practices on every job
What We’re Looking For
- 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License
- Gas Technician 1 License (TSSA certified)
- Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification (or provincial equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, mechanical alignment, and HVAC controls
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to also work independently
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning
