Tirecraft St Albert is a locally owned and operated tire and autmotive repair facility in St. Albert, which has been in business for over 30 years
We are growing and looking to add a Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing advice and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
- Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle.
- Maintain customer records and document all services performed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers at all times.
- Keep abreast of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
- Recomend maintenance based on manufacturers maintenace schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
