We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have experience running Excavators, side hoe, loader, and Dozers. We are looking for accuracy, diligence, and a strong dedication to safety are necessary for this position

Excavator Operator Qualifications
- Operate Excavators to perform various tasks, including digging trenches, loading trucks, and leveling terrain.
- In charge of installing various pipe sizes and types, such as storm, water, and sewer pipes.
- 2-3 or more years of running a Mainline Excavator
- Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required.
Dozer operator Qualifications
- Grading, leveling, and pushing materials to generate and maintain desired curves and slopes.
- Experience of 2-3 or more years of running a dozer.
- Strong understanding of dozer operation, grading techniques, and safety procedures.
Requirement for all jobs
- Underground Utility construction experience are required.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.
- Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
- Physically able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required in the construction environment.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots.
