Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Helper Technician to assist with pool maintenance and related outdoor projects. Duties
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing
- Support in the installation, repair, and maintenance of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Help with
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for minor repairs or adjustments
- Perform routine inspections of pool systems and landscape features to identify issues early
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as mechanical troubleshooting and equipment lubrication
Skills
- Experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems or construction equipment is desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for maintenance or repair work
- Background in construction or outdoor maintenance projects enhances suitability for this role
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
