Role Summary
We're looking for a Cleaning & Content Processing Technician who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in helping families recover after unexpected property damage.
When homes or businesses experience water, fire, mold, or other losses, you'll play an important role in protecting, documenting, cleaning, and restoring clients' belongings. Every item you handle represents something important to the people we serve, and your care and attention to detail help make the recovery process a little easier.
You'll work as part of an experienced restoration team using established procedures and industry standards to deliver high-quality results.

What you'll be responsible for
- Cleaning and restoring contents following water, fire, mold, and other property losses
- Carefully inventorying, documenting, packing, transporting, and storing customer belongings
- Completing restoration and cleaning work according to IICRC standards and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate documentation using company technology platforms
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members throughout each project
- Assisting with pack-outs, pack-backs, and warehouse organization
- Maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Providing respectful, professional service while working in customers' homes and businesses
- Assisting teammates with restoration activities as required
- Participating in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls
What success looks like in your first 90 days
First 2 weeks
- Learn our cleaning processes, documentation standards, inventory systems, and safety procedures
- Become familiar with restoration equipment and content handling procedures
By 30 days
- Independently complete standard cleaning and content processing tasks
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism with customers
By 60–90 days
- Confidently manage assigned content restoration tasks from start to finish
- Produce accurate inventories and documentation with minimal supervision
- Contribute to efficient project completion while maintaining quality standards
What you bring

Requirements for the role
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to operate company vehicles
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
