The Indigenous Business Leadership team at the Beedie School of Business is a progressive and inclusive team who is focused on Decolonizing and Indigenizing business education and supporting Indigenous Graduate students completing their MBA. About the Role
The Director, Indigenous Programs is a visionary leader committed to advancing decolonization and Indigenization in education and oversees academic Indigenous Programs and Indigenous community engagement initiatives for the Beedie School of Business Graduate Programs. The role provides support to faculty as they integrate Indigenous ways of knowing into courses and programs; oversees the delivery of the Executive Master’s in Business Administration in Indigenous Business and Leadership (EMBA IBL) program; graduate Indigenous courses, and the Indigenous Business Leadership Graduate Diploma and Certificate programs and works closely with multiple work partners across the University to support initiatives to recognize and incorporate Indigenous cultural curriculum, knowledge and history within the School and collaboratively with other SFU Faculties and universities as appropriate.
