Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Sheet Metal Shop Helper to join our growing manufacturing team in Langley, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a career in sheet metal fabrication.
No previous sheet metal experience is required. We're willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with the fabrication of custom sheet metal products.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and completed orders.
- Operate basic shop equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Package and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery.
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Support the fabrication team with additional shop tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Safety-first mindset.
- Forklift experience is an asset, but not required.
