Sales Associate (Commission-Based) – English Fluent Required

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our moving company office in Montreal. Our clients are primarily based in the United States, so strong English fluency (native or near-native level required) is essential.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay (earnings based on performance and sales)
Sales or customer service experience required
Responsibilities:
Work with call leads (incoming customer inquiries)
Answer incoming calls and emails
Provide accurate moving quotes
Follow up with potential and existing customers
Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients
Book moves and schedule jobs
Requirements:
Fluent English required spoken and written(mandatory due to U.S. clientele)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Sales or customer service experience required
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.10-$48.67 per hour
