About the Role
We're hiring a detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Case Worker to manage a high volume of Canadian immigration files from intake through decision. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in Canadian immigration, sharp organizational skills, and a professional, client-first approach to communication.
You'll work closely with applicants across TRV, Express Entry, and PNP streams .
What You'll Do
Case Management
- Manage a full caseload of TRV (Work, Study, Visitor), Express Entry, and PNP applications from intake to final decision
- Collect, review, and verify client documents; track outstanding items and follow up proactively
Research & Compliance
- Conduct ongoing IRCC and PNP research to keep applications accurate and compliant with current policy
Client Communication
- Provide clear, timely file updates throughout the application lifecycle
- Respond to client questions professionally and set realistic expectations at every stage
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience processing Canadian immigration files
- Strong working knowledge of TRV, Express Entry, and PNP pathways
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and PDF tools
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
- Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time
