Production Foreman – Single Ply (Commercial Roofing)
Location: Surrey, BC (Relocation required for applicants outside the area.)

Our projects are planned before crews arrive on site. Materials are ready. Schedules are realistic. We believe skilled tradespeople do their best work when they're supported with the right resources—not constant firefighting.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Production Foreman – Single Ply to lead crews installing TPO roofing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, developing their team, and leading projects safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active projects.
- Install and oversee installation of TPO and other single-ply roofing systems.
- Plan daily work activities to maximize productivity and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Superintendents.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and WorkSafeBC regulations.
- Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced roofers.
- Monitor workmanship and resolve installation issues before they become deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records including daily reports, material usage, and production updates.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and organized.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial flat roofing experience.
- Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Lead Hand.
- Strong experience installing TPO/Single Ply roofing systems.
- Ability to read drawings and understand roofing specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work comfortably at heights.
