We are seeking an Admission / Registration / Telecommunications Clerk to join the team at Oromocto Public Hospital in Oromocto.
What you will do
As an Admission / Registration / Telecommunications Clerk, you will support the team at Oromocto Public Hospital by admitting patients, registering/scheduling patient appointments, and operating the switchboard and public address system.
Other responsibilities may include preparing and maintaining patient records, providing answering and messaging services, and performing reception and general office duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Who you are
You posses a diploma in an administrative support program and have experience with medical terminology and medical transcription, or you have several years of recent and directly related work experience.
