Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Office/Shop Assistant to join our team at CSN Bemac.
This position is vacant
The role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Perform vehicle check-in with photos

Scan vehicles when they arrive and leave the shop
-
Assist with updates and clean up of all accounts such as Body Shop Connect

Move vehicles around the shop as needed
-
Move vehicles between Bemac and Turpin for repairs or detail etc
-
Quality check vehicles upon pick up

assist with other administrative tasks as needed

help with answering the phones

Cover for the front office as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Automotive industry experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
