Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the bar area.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Bartendings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash handling experience is a plus, along with familiarity with cashiering systems.
- Smart Serve Certification Required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
