Job Description:
· Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
· Checking guests in and out, providing friendly customer service at all times.
· Post guest charges and compute guest bills, and make changes for guests’ reservations as required by Hotel.
· Promptly and effectively, deal with guest complaints and requests
· Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, room locations, and room rates.
· Answering phone calls efficiently and in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.
· Inform management of any guest or systems-related complaints or problems.
· Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information in the pass-on log.
· Have a thorough knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
· Other duties as assigned by management.

· Hotel experience preferred
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Job knowledge of surrounding areas and tourist attractions for guest needs is appreciated.
