We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to enhance guest experience through effective upselling.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines throughout service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
