Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure effective communication between clients, team members, and external partners. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel & Data Management: Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track project progress, budgets, and other key data.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage communications when team members are in meetings.
- Project Follow-Ups: Coordinate with municipalities and other agencies to follow up on submitted projects and ensure timely responses.
- Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients—handling inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining positive professional relationships.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, organize digital and physical files, schedule meetings, and support general office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with municipalities or government departments.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices.

Projected Total Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
