Responsibilities:
- Work safely following company policies and guidelines.
- Attend training as required, including occasional after-hours sessions.
- Learn and become proficient in our internal software.
- Support our Service Sales team as needed, including maintaining accurate records and updates in internal systems.
- Preparing a variety of reports as needed for manager/s.
- Provide Administration support to the Service group.
- Learn and participate in service functions including Admin, Dispatch/etc.
- Maintain Service Fleet Logs.
- Maintain Apprenticeship Logs.
- Maintain Service Logs for Service Vehicles/Repairs/Acquisitions.
- Managing commission worksheets for Sales Staff.
- Setting up/overseeing Internal Projects.
- Assist General Manager as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Be a self-starter with a focus on contributing and succeeding.
Salary: $40k -$67k
