The Quality Control Agent (QCA) is responsible for independently verifying operational reality across offices, yards, equipment, and active work zones. The role exists to ensure that safety, compliance, efficiency, and equipment standards are not only documented, but accurately executed in the field. Unlike operational or supervisory roles, the QCA does not manage personnel or schedules. Instead, the agent serves as an objective, evidence-driven evaluator who identifies gaps, validates corrective actions, and closes the quality loop between policy, reporting, and real world execution. The QCA is a cornerstone role within the Quality Control Division, providing reliable field intelligence that leadership uses to make informed operational, safety, and strategic decisions.
