Our client is a leading Canadian law firm with a nationally recognized Corporate and Securities practice. They are seeking an experienced Securities Law Clerk to provide support to lawyers and legal professionals across multiple offices nationwide, and able to file in both French and English.

Prepare, complete, and manage securities filings through:

SEDAR+

SEDI

TMX LINX
-
TSX and TSX Venture Exchange filing systems

Preparing and handling continuous disclosure filings in English and French

Prepare and file Reports of Exempt Distribution (Form 45-106F1)

Assist with exemptive relief applications and other regulatory submissions

Prepare and coordinate continuous disclosure filings
-
Support a variety of prospectus and capital markets transactions, including:

Short Form Prospectuses (NI 44-101)

Shelf Prospectuses (NI 44-102), including WKSI filings
-
Long Form Prospectuses (NI 41-101)
-
Medium Term Note offerings, including pricing supplements and term sheets

Securities-related marketing materials
-
Calculate and coordinate payment of regulatory filing fees
-
Obtain CUSIP and ISIN numbers and manage related eligibility requests

Liaise with securities commissions, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities

Coordinate press release distributions through newswire services

Collaborate with lawyers and legal support professionals across multiple offices

Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
