As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly connected relationship builder to lead investor relations, capital partnerships, and strategic business development initiatives. The Opportunity This role is responsible for expanding Versatile's network of investors and referral partners while helping position the company as a trusted real estate investment platform. The ideal candidate has an established network within the real estate, financial services, wealth management, mortgage, accounting, or professional services industries and is comfortable building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private capital sources. Establish strategic partnerships with realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants, lawyers, and other referral partners. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors and strategic relationships. Represent Versatile at networking events, industry conferences, investor meetups, and business development functions. Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, property tours, and partnership discussions. Maintain accurate CRM records and track investor and partner engagement activities. Assist with investor communications, investment presentations, and fundraising initiatives. Identify acquisition, development, and joint venture opportunities through strategic relationships. Work closely with leadership to execute growth, capital raising, and partnership strategies. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital markets, commercial real estate, wealth management, mortgage brokerage, banking, or a related field. Strong network within the real estate and financial services industries. Existing relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants, lawyers, investors, or other professional referral sources are strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop long-term professional partnerships. Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial. CRM and pipeline management experience preferred. Compensation We are open to multiple compensation structures based on experience and network strength: Full-time salary plus performance incentives. Contract engagement with monthly retainer and success-based compensation. Hybrid compensation structure combining base pay and performance bonuses.
