We have a new opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory & ordering, financial reporting, supervision of staff and ensuring the parts department contributes to efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of supervision/management experience in a parts/service department
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and encourage teamwork
- Proficiency in pricing optimization, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Results driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management, critical thinking and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of heavy duty parts & repair operations
- Knowledge of Fullbay is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Day to day supervision of parts department, provide feedback on progress and team performance
- Optimize pricing to drive consistent, predictable profitability growth
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and inventory control processes
- Negotiate with and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Collaborate with the service department and technicians to ensure special order parts are identified correctly and delivered to technicians on time
- Ensure returns, cores and warranty are processed effectively and timely
- Assist in daily parts sourcing/ordering/receiving when necessary
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Other duties as required

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
