OFFICE ASSISTANT
Full Time Contract
Quinte Rehab is a multidiscipline Home Care Therapy company, providing Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy Social Work and Dietitian services. We are looking for an Office Assistant to work in our Administration office. Main duties include the maintenance of client electronic files, data entry, reception, scheduling, general office duties and back up support for bookkeeping functions.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in a health care environment with an understanding of privacy legislation is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a successful team are essential.
- Experience with Sage 50 is required
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Bookkeeping / payroll experience is an asset.
