Connect Employment Services supports adults living with an intellectual disability to work and participate in the community. We are currently hiring for a Part Time Direct Support Professional to support one of our clients in all his employment and personal wellness goals. This Part Time position is currently being offered as a Term Position and runs Monday to Thursday days with a starting wage of $21/hr.
Successful applicants must have their High School Diploma, some University- or College- level courses in the Social Services field, and at least 1-2 years' experience working with adults living with an intellectual disability. Experience with personal care and difficult behaviors is beneficial. A clear Criminal Record Check, Clear Abuse Registries, as well as current CPR and First Aid certification are also required.
