Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. The Site Supervisor will coordinate between contractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards
- Manage site safety procedures and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide on-site work
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Conduct regular site meetings to address issues, update progress, and plan upcoming work
- Assist in construction estimating and procurement processes as needed
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of site operations
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Skilled in quality control procedures and safety management practices
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices for site safety and quality assurance

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
