About Us
Premier Food Wholesale Inc. is a fast-growing wholesale food distribution company specializing in international and specialty food products. We proudly supply grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail partners across Alberta. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and other food service customers on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Present new products, promotions, and sales programs to customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and account information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Previous experience in the food distribution or wholesale industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
