The role of Field Service Technican Helper is of vital importance to our operations. This position is responsible for assisting the service truck operator on site at Artemis Gold in a variety of weather and road condition . You will be working directly with our customers on their worksites, so a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills are a must. Ensuring safe work practices and the ability to assess hazards are keys skills you currently have in your arsenal. The ability to be thorough, yet efficient will be required to ensure the completion of cleaning, servicing and maintaining the combo truck and mobile washroom units that are scheduled within that day.
Previous cleaning, janitorial, and mine site experience is an asset but not required, but the right skill set and attitude is a must. The progressive management team is willing to train the right individual on equipment and service knowledge to ensure you are capable of handling their related issues.
Responsibilities:
· Attend weekly safety meetings
. Assist with delivery, set up, and routine cleaning of wash cars on site with Artemis Gold
· Ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner
· Safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
· Clean and restock mobile washrooms under the supervision of the service truck operator
· Work with minimal supervision in a safe, respectful, team environment.
· Maintain company safety culture.
· Work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
- 8 days on 5 days off. Travel to site Thursday return to town the following Friday.
Requirements:
· A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract.
. Must be able to pass pre work drug and alcohol testing
· Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask during high volume times.
· Good communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to communicate persuasively, excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service attitude.
· Excellent cleaning and attention to detail skills
· A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
