We are looking for an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join our growing team. We are a busy, high-volume tire and alignment shop looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and can confidently handle a wide variety of vehicles.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of wheel alignment experience (Required)
- Must be experienced with Hunter Wheel Alignment Machines
- Ability to perform accurate alignments on:
- Passenger vehicles
- SUVs
- Lifted pickup trucks
- BMW
- Mercedes-Benz
- Other European vehicles
- Strong understanding of suspension and steering systems
- Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related issues
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Perform four-wheel and front-end alignments to manufacturer specifications
- Adjust steering wheel center accurately
- Inspect suspension and steering components for wear or damage
- Recommend necessary repairs when alignment cannot be completed properly
- Ensure every vehicle is road-tested and delivered with a properly centered steering wheel
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
